Response to Know Your Place
I was very intrigued to find out that there were Native American remains found on the Harpeth Hall campus in the late years of the 1900s. It is interesting to look back at these documents and images to find out that no one (as of now) knows the clear story. Everything seems very vague- as if there is no clear answer. At this point, I have many questions like: Why do we not have clear answers to what happened with these remains? Why don't the pieces fit together? I believe that it is important to find out the true story to what really happened to these Native American remains and I really hope our class can work to solve this ongoing mystery.
