First Reflection

I was very shocked to discover that Native American remains were found on campus. The idea of how secretive this discovery was and still is, makes me want to know more because I have so many questions. Does Harpeth Hall not want us to know? I feel bad that I have been walking on bodies unknowingly. This makes me sad because I feel like I am being disrespectful. I wish this would have been a known thing, but I understand not wanting to bring bad publicity on campus. Also, the lack of communication between the members at Harpeth Hall makes me even more curious! The heads of school had different stories, which may be a reason the 87' bones are missing. This was a long time ago, but I think that this project will give the class beneficial insight into who was here before us.
